Joint assets under £ 3 million  £899 + vat
Joint assets over £3 million £1300 + vat

Party B

Legal advice £399+vat ( provided by a regulated partner)

• Complete a fact finding questionnaire.
• Receive the first draft document.
• Amend or approve agreement.
• Legal advice session and execution ( party B arranges their own advice).
• Sign off with legal advice certificate.
